I’m curious about any learnings regarding the WHY people got less engaged over time — apart from the impact on your metrics or the fact that this is just sometimes a fact of life. People signed up but was not what they were expecting? Topic was right but content not great? Everything was great but the design didn’t get enough conversions? Etc.
